Orders and Payments

 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES PRETTYPARTY ACCEPT?

 

We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex) and PayPal. Sorry, no cash or personal checks. For your security, your billing name and address must be entered exactly as they appear on your credit card statement. An order that does not match these criteria is subject to cancellation. Only one credit card may be used per order.

 

I PLACED MY ORDER ONLINE...NOW WHAT?

 

Once an order is placed through our website and the order is processed, an email will be sent to the email address provided on the order confirming your order was received and a tracking number will also be provided for your reference.

 

I DIDN’T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

 

Check to make sure you entered the correct email address when you submitted your order. If not, contact us at support@prettyparty.com to let us know the correct address. If your email address you entered was correct, check your junk mail file. If the email isn’t there, please let us know at support@prettyparty.com.

Shipping and Handling

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

 

All orders received will ship no later than the following business day (e.g., Monday through Friday with the exception of some holidays).

 

HOW ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?

 

Standard delivery is through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

 

HOW LONG WILL IT BE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

 

Most orders sent by standard delivery will be received within 5 business days from the day the order is submitted. Expedited shipments will generally be delivered by the 2nd business day after the order is submitted.

 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

 

The cost of shipping is calculated when you check out, based on your delivery address. We use USPS as our preferred shipping carrier for all domestic (US) standard deliveries because of their reliability and cost-effectiveness. Average standard shipping cost is about $4.50.

 

Right now, we're offering FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all orders over $50 (not including sales tax) within the continental US. Also, when you receive your order, look for a card that may give you free shipping on a subsequent order by entering a code.

 

WHY ISN’T SHIPPING FREE?

 

We charge for shipping (except for orders over $50) because we want to make your PRETTYPARTY products as affordable for you as possible.

 

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?

 

Unfortunately, we can not yet ship to our PRETTYPARTY customers outside the US. But stay tuned, we’re working on it!

Returns and Exchanges

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY?

 

We gladly accept returns and/or exchanges of products but ONLY if their packaging has NOT been opened or tampered with, ONLY if the products have not been worn or otherwise taken out of their package, and ONLY if we receive the returned or exchanged items within 30 days of receiving your order, accompanied by a valid Return Authorization Number (RA#). Unfortunately, due to hygiene and safety considerations, we are not able to accept products with opened or altered packages or that have been worn or removed from their packaging.

 

If our policy does not permit you to return or exchange an item that you are not satisfied with, please contact us at support@prettyparty.com and we will do our best to respond to your issue. 

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO RETURN A PRODUCT AND THE RETURN IS PERMITTED BY PRETTYPARTY’S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?


First, we validate your purchase in the form of an original receipt or through our database by way of an order confirmation with customer name, order number, order date and order amount. We may require identification of customers as well. Then, we issue a refund that is credited in the original form of payment (except that we only issue merchandise credits for gift receipt returns). Please note that all shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

 

You are responsible for all return shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number as PRETTYPARTY will not be held responsible for lost returns. 

 

PRETTYPARTY monitors all returns and exchanges to identify possible misuse of our policy. On very rare occasions and only due to a high rate of returns by a single customer in a short amount of time, we might flag an account to protect our policy for all of our customers.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO EXCHANGE A PRODUCT AND THE EXCHANGE IS PERMITTED BY PRETTYPARTY’S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

 

If you need to exchange an item for a different style or color and the exchange is consistent with PRETTYPARTY’S return and exchange policy (including that it is within 30 days of your original purchase), simply circle the item(s) on your packing slip that you wish to exchange and indicate the color or product you prefer. Merchandise sent to us for exchange must be unopened, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and otherwise in its original condition. Your new item(s) will be shipped out as soon as the return is received and processed by our system. Please follow the procedures below to send back your exchange.

 

You are responsible for all exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your exchange with a tracking number as PRETTYPARTY will not be held responsible for lost returns.  We will also bill you for applicable shipping costs associated with us sending you your exchange.

 

WHAT ARE THE PROCEDURES FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

 

In order to return or exchange items, place return product(s) in a suitable shipping container, insert returned item(s) and original un-altered packaging. Include the original packing slip or invoice with this shipment for verification of purchase. Once content is securely sealed in its shipping container, address to the below address provide. We do not cover the cost of return postage or shipping.

 

If exchanging merchandise please contact us at the below number providing us with the item you are exchanging for by including Quantity Per Style, Style Description and Hair Design Color(s).

We recommend you use a shipping service that provides a traceable tracking number for your records as we cannot give credit for items that do not arrive to our warehouse.

HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND FOR A RETURN?

 

We will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receipt and inspection of merchandise at our return center. All refunds will be credited or paid out in the original form of payment. Please note that all shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. 

 

A credit will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle.

 

During peak seasons please allow up to 15 business days for your return to process.

Miscellaneous

 

WHAT ARE PROMOTIONAL CODES AND HOW CAN I USE ONE?

 

We occasionally offer exclusive promotional codes to customers who sign up for an account or through a marketing promotion. These premium offers provide limited time discounts on PRETTYPARTY shipping or merchandise.

 

To apply a code that you have received, proceed to checkout. Once you’re on the payment page, enter the code exactly as it appears in the "Using a Promo Code” field. Codes are case sensitive. Click apply to activate that code. If your discount qualifies, it will be displayed in your payment summary. If the product is excluded from the promotion or the code is expired, the code will not apply. Only one promo code per order will be applied.

 

 CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

 

We are unable to make changes to, or cancel, your order once it has been placed. However, you may return your product within 30 days of receipt, so long as it complies with our return and exchange policy.

 

Occasionally, orders are canceled by our system if a product is unavailable or if we are unable to verify your payment information, ship to the address provided or detect that this is a duplicate order. We will promptly email you to provide notice of cancellation.
